Did you know that in 2005 the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) introduced a new daily eating plan for Americans called MyPyramid? It provides recommendations for how to incorporate healthy eating and exercise into daily living. MyPyramid took the place of the USDA's original Food Guide Pyramid which was introduced in 1994.
