This food safety training program in English and Spanish presents the basics of how to avoid food poisoning. Through a series of activities and case studies, participants learn the basics of handling and cooking food safely. CD can be purchased through the UC Cooperative Extension,

A 3-hour curriculum designed to help teach safe food handling practices to staff and volunteers in the community who prepare and/or serve food to others outside of their home whether for a community fund-raising event, a business lunch, or a community celebration.
