The accompanying graphs show the historical data for the basic winegrape production statistics for San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties through the 2006 season. The data values are taken from the Agricultural Commissioner’s Crop Reports for each county. San Luis Obispo County winegrape records begin in 1969 and Santa Barbara County in 1973; any existing acreages prior to these years were likely considered to be too small to report separately.

 

These graphs will be updated annually when the most recent crop reports become available for each county.
